PROGRAM MANAGER
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Program Manager to be integrated into the foreign Program Management Division, reporting directly to the Head of the Program Management Division.
As a PM, the new resource will be responsible of managing Voice Communication System projects for Air Traffic Control, becoming the point of contact for the customer and the technical department for the correct progress of activities. He/she will also have the task of monitoring the production, development as well as installation and testing of the systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties (whenever applicable) for the flawless execution of projects.
- Significant interaction with the other company departments, such as Technical, Sales, Administration, Purchase, Production, and Quality.
- Apply techniques and methods and tools of Program Management.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Planning and management of project milestones such as KOM, PDR, CDR , FAT , SAT.
- Draft and supervise project documentation.
SKILL – MUST HAVE
- Master degree in Aeronautical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Knowledge of project management techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in team and individually.
- Mastery Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Professional knowledge of English language (spoken and written).
SKILLS – NICE TO HAVE
- Leadership
- Ability to work in a team.
- Intrapreneurship and spirit of initiative.
- Willingness to travel to European and non-European countries.
- Additional foreign languages is a plus.
