Standard-compliant remote VOIP radios can be directly interfaced to M800IP®, but remote radios may be old fashioned or from different vendors, and they may not have any IP interface. The solution is SITTI GVS.

Remote radios of any kind can be connected to a standard IP network by means of SITTI GVS gateways that take care of all required settings and possible legacy protocols towards the radio themselves and convert data and audio signals into EUROCAE ED137 standard VOIP.

Air Traffic Control working positions (CWP) are often overcrowded with monitors and ancillary equipment that make the work of controllers cumbersome and prone to confusion and error.

MTF800 is SITTI proposal for the concentration of such different data sources into one integrated product that reduces the number of objects on the controller working position (CWP).

Information on the working position can be arranged in configurable desktops, each dealing with different management aspects, according to the Customer needs.

Flexibility in the integration methods for any third party application (see table at the end of this leaflet) permits the Customer to include a large variety of functions into a common management desktop that simplifies the access and use of the required system features, by also providing user credentials logging.

Air Traffic Control services and Air Traffic Management facilities, as well as emergency services, require precise clock referencing in order to be able to synchronize their activities and operations. This can be as simple as a UTC Time Clock display for the controller’s reference to more sophisticated time reference equipment synchronisation.

SITTI DEC10 Digital Electronic Clock System provides global time and date synchronisation. Designed with high reliability, precision and configuration flexibility, DEC10 is the right solution for environments where precise and reliable synchronisation is needed, especially for air traffic control systems, ranging from small towers to large ACC centres. Given the flexibility in time reference protocols, DEC10 devices can be easily integrated into third party ATM and communications networks.

When installed in conjunction with SITTI MULTIFONO® Voice Communication System (VCS) where Controller Working Positions are IP based, these latter are automatically synchronised using the standard NTP protocol. SITTI also offers Display Slave Units (DSU), i.e. console and wall mounted time displays.
