WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

As a rule, SITTI is not asking information to visitors of its website. Contact information is only required when using our contact page, e.g. to ask questions or provide comments. In this case, we limit the request of information to a very minimum, so as to be able to give you possible feedbacks:

Other information elements are optional, although their provision is warmly suggested because they may make it faster to get in contact with you:

HOW DO WE USE THIS INFORMATION?

We will use your personal data only for the purposes of sending answers to your questions or feedbacks to your comments. If provided, we could use the other contact details to reach you, so as to speed up reciprocal information sharing.

We may also email you about our campaigns, or send you information on activities that we think you might be interested in. If you do not want us to send you updates like this, please contact us or explicitly write so in the contact form.

Your personal data will be added to our contacts database, but in no case they will be forwarded, communicated, sold or in any other way transferred to third parties. Access to such database is strictly limited to authorized SITTI personnel.

PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARING

SITTI will jealously manage any information element you provide and keep it confidential to the maximum possible extent. No personal information will be disclosed to third parties, unless you explicitly agree. Nevertheless, publicly known personal data could be retrieved from this as well as other websites. Therefore, please be advised not to disclose any personal information you are not happy to share.

SITTI will not in any way share nor trade any provided information to any external organization without your consent, except if required to do so by police or court.

It is our primary interest to keep your personal information as confidential as possible, and we’ll do our best to protect it and to prevent others from getting any kind of access to. Despite all of our precautions however, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. CHANGES TO YOUR DETAILS

At any moment in time, you can ask us to modify any supplied data or even to completely remove them from all our databases. This is done in accordance with the current Italian and European laws.
